From the moment I called, I felt genuinely cared for. I spoke with Brandi, who immediately helped calm my anxiety with her compassionate and reassuring demeanor. Even over the phone, it was clear that she truly cares about the people she helps. When I arrived for my appointment, Jackie greeted me at the front desk with a beautiful smile and such a warm, friendly attitude. She made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. The care, attention, and kindness I received throughout my appointment exceeded anything I could have expected. Everyone treated me with genuine compassion and professionalism, making what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a team that truly puts patients first.

Dr. Omar and his team are exceptional. I have severe dental anxiety and needed to undergo a procedure, and from start to finish, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. A special thank you to Oma (I apologize if I’ve misspelled her name), who took extra time to help calm my nerves and ensure my experience was a positive one. I truly appreciate the care and compassion shown during my visit. Highly recommended!

After multiple cancellations and no calls from my old dentist’s office i decided it was time to find a new one. When i called to make my appointment something just seemed right. The woman that answered the phone was polite and pleasant sounding. Getting scheduled was easy. I’ve never been to a nicer dentists office. The waiting room was like nothing I’ve seen at any other office. Refreshments while you wait? Never heard of it lol. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming. I got called back very quickly. Xrays and scans were done they were very thorough. The dentist came in and was very nice and explained things to me like a human and not a number. The hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth and chatted away while she did it like we knew each other for years. I Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Dentist’s Office

I have always been very pleased with the dentists and staff at Signature Smile Elyria. The dentists are very knowledgeable and thorough with my dental care. I am an individual that has lots of anxiety when it comes to my teeth. Signature Smile has preformed oral surgery for me on two occasions. Both times went very well. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests. I highly recommend Signature Smiles Elyria to everyone!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and professional, and the entire office is clean, modern, and well organized. The dentist and the assistants took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients really stands out. I truly appreciate the excellent service and the quality of care I received. I highly recommend Signature Similes to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dental team. They definitely deserve 5 stars!
